Due to the nature of contract furniture supply, many of our products are manufactured specifically for each order.
Made-to-Order Products
Products that are built to order, customised, upholstered, or manufactured in specific quantities for a project cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications are correct before confirming their order.
Standard Products

Items must be returned in resaleable condition

A restocking fee may apply.
Return Costs
All costs associated with returns, including transport, handling, and logistics, are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind
Returns due to change of mind, project cancellation, or design changes cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed.
